Please read all policies carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Jakerria’s Aura, you agree to the terms outlined below.
📦 SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to ship orders! Shipping is available to all U.S. locations. Orders are shipped once production is complete and your order has passed quality review.
• Shipping carriers and rates are calculated at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• Jakerria’s Aura is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jakerria’s Aura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Jakerria’s Aura is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as delivered. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.
🚗 LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Local pickup is available near the following areas:
• Perry, GA
• Unadilla, GA
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with pickup details. Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received a pickup-ready notification.
• Pickup is by appointment or scheduled arrangement only.
• Orders not picked up within 14 days may be subject to cancellation without refund.
⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME POLICY
We work hard to get your order completed as quickly as possible. Please review our standard turnaround times below:
• Most orders: Approximately 3 business days after artwork approval.
• Large or bulk orders: Approximately 7–10 business days after artwork approval.
• Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Turnaround time begins after your artwork has been approved, not at the time of purchase. If your file requires corrections or additional information is needed, this may delay your order.
Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include shipping or delivery time.
Rush orders may be available. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
🖨️ DTF PRINTING POLICY
Please read the following policies specific to DTF (Direct to Film) print orders:
• High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background are preferred. Properly prepared PDF files may also be accepted.
• For best results, artwork should be 300 DPI at the intended print size. Low-resolution or pixelated artwork may result in reduced print quality.
• We print your design exactly as submitted. Jakerria’s Aura is not responsible for print-quality issues caused by low-resolution, pixelated, or improperly prepared files.
• If your artwork does not meet our requirements, we may contact you before printing to request a corrected file. This may affect your turnaround time.
• We do not automatically remove backgrounds. Please submit artwork with the background already removed when transparency is required.
• Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. Slight color variations are normal and are not considered a defect.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. Jakerria’s Aura is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by artwork supplied by the customer.
🚫 REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final once production has begun. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless there is an error or defect caused by Jakerria’s Aura.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a printing error on our end or a product defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the issue, a resolution may include:
• A reprint of the affected item(s)
• Store credit
• A correction or adjustment where applicable
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom-printed items due to incorrect size, color, design, spelling, or other information provided or approved by the customer.
• Items damaged after delivery.
• Orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer.
• Orders where customer-approved artwork was printed correctly.
To report an issue, please contact us through our DTF Help page or email us directly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
🎨 ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS POLICY
For the best print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines:
• Preferred file format: PNG with a transparent background. Properly prepared PDF files may also be accepted.
• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI at the intended print size.
• Color mode: RGB is recommended.
• Do not include a white background unless white is intentionally part of your design.
• Text should be converted to outlines/paths when applicable.
• Jakerria’s Aura reserves the right to refuse artwork that is offensive, violates applicable laws or intellectual-property rights, or does not meet our file requirements.
🔒 PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. When you place an order or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, and other information necessary to process your request or order.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Information may be shared with trusted service providers only as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide shipping, operate our website, or comply with legal requirements.
• Payment information is processed through our third-party payment providers. Jakerria’s Aura does not directly store your complete payment card information.
• We may use your email address to send order-related communications. Promotional emails will be sent according to your communication preferences, and you may unsubscribe where applicable.
